How to register

In orded to register to ISSCG18, please follow the following steps:
STEP 1: Create a new account, validate your email and login to "Your Account" pages
STEP 2: Complete the "School Registration" form
STEP 3: Complete the "Billing information" form and get access to Fee payment options.

 

Registration Fees (registration is closed)

Registration fee (deadline 30 June 2023) Within 15 April 2023 After 15 April 2023
Regular participants (double room) (1) 950€ 1100€
Only school attendance (2)   550€
AIC members - Regular participants (double room) (1) 850€ 1000€
AIC members - Only school attendance (2)   450€
Single room (limited number) (3) 1350€ 1500€
Accompanying person (4) 460€ 500€

NOTE: exchange and bank commissions for the transfer must be borne by the participants

(1) “Regular participants” fee includes: VAT, attendance to lectures and School materials; welcome reception; six-night B&B accommodation in double room; lunch; coffee breaks; excursion and social dinner.
(2) “Only school attendance” fee includes: VAT, attendance to lectures and School materials; welcome reception; five lunches; coffee breaks; excursion and social dinner. The participant has to arrange accommodation on his/her own.
(3) Subject to room availability (on a first come first served basis).
(4) The registration fee of accompanying persons includes: VAT, welcome reception; six-night B&B accommodation in double room (shared with the regularly registered participant); excursion and social dinner.
